FUNCTIONS AND TASKS:
The Sr. Backend Developer will be in charge of the following:
You should be able to maintain and improve the existing codebase, while also being able to adopt and adapt to new technologies, tools, and methodologies as needed for the development of the new platform. This requires creativity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn and experiment with new approaches to software development.
Designing and developing complex software systems and applications that meet the requirements of the business and customers.
Providing technical leadership and mentoring to other members of the software development team.
Collaborating with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to identify technical requirements and ensure that they are met.
Taking ownership of projects and driving them to completion, while working with cross-functional teams.
Identifying and resolving technical issues and bugs, and ensuring the quality of the software product.
Strong understanding of software testing and quality assurance, and being able to identify and resolve technical issues and bugs to ensure that the software product is of high quality.
ACADEMIC TRAINING & EXPERIENCE:
You have experience 5+ years in PHP (8.2)
Symfony Framework.
Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.
Experience in Infrastructure as code and AWS is a plus.
DDD and hexagonal architectures is a plus.
Python and Ruby would be a plus.
React is a plus.
Jira, Confluence
LANGUAGES Spanich and advanced communication skills in English
