We are currently in the search of an Embedded SW Engineer to our ADAS Business Unit. In this role you will contribute in challenging and innovative projects of ADAS, some of them already in production, being member of a multi-disciplinary team of Vision, Image Quality, SW, HW, Mechanics and System engineers; you will report to the Vision Lead accountable of the project and to the Vision Supervisor.
GENERAL FUNCTIONS: Research and development of vision algorithms (Sensor fusion, Calibration, Object and Persons detection, Parking line detection, etc.) and their optimization for real time processing on embedded platforms. Support in implementation of the early stage prototypes and proofs of concept. SW Embedded systems requirement analysis for future implementations. Algorithm testing and validation and reporting on the results. Collaboration with our partners' technical teams. Directly reporting to the Vision Systems Lead (progress reports showing completions of tasks and KPIs).
REQUIRED: Computer science, engineering, physics or mathematics degree interested in Computer Vision/Image Processing. Good level of C/C++ programming skills. Experience working on embedded operating systems (Linux, RTOS, Autosar). Experience in development of real time applications for embedded devices (e.g. ARM, GPU, FPGA and/or DSP). Specialization in areas related to Computer vision and Machine learning. Experience with parallel programming CUDA or OpenCL. Experience in CPU load profiling and code optimization . Agile development with Jira, Bitbucket, etc.
