40553 - Junior Quality Assurance Engineer

A startup based in Barcelona is on a mission to bring a fresh approach to collaborative video creation with smartphones. They are rethinking the capture, editing, and delivery of multi-camera videos by harnessing deep learning technologies for Automated Video Editing (AVE).
We are seeking a Junior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our development team. The successful candidate will join our team to test our solution for AVE on mobile phones, in liaison with our product manager.
Your duties in the team will be to test our service to deliver personalized videos from crowdsourced mobile recordings This will include tests in lab and real-life scenarios, assess the usability of the current user experience, gather feedback and propose fixes and improvements on these. This is a good opportunity for a junior engineer eager to learn the reality of developing a SaaS product.

What would be awesome:
+1 year of other programming languages, specially Kotlin, Flutter or python
Knowledge of software development methodologies and processes
Experience in video or audio processing
Interest in music and live performance
Experience with development tools
Experience working on a SCRUM team
Working with CI/CD solutions

6 months employment contract followed by permanent position
Salary range 20.000€ - 25.0000€depending on experience
