FUNCTIONS AND TASKS:
- Assist in sourcing and hiring talent for a variety of roles, with the goal of gradually owning the end-to-end recruitment process over time.
- Work closely with hiring managers to define role specifications, job descriptions, and ensure alignment on hiring needs.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify top talent based on job requirements and departmental needs.
- Manage candidate relationships, ensuring an exceptional experience throughout the hiring process.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
- Analyze and track key HR metrics to drive decision-making in talent acquisition, performance, and employee engagement.
- Champion and promote XCEED’s cultural values and mission, both internally and externally.
- Collaborate with the Head of Talent on strategic HR projects that drive company growth and awareness (employer branding), talent development, employee retention, and performance.
ACADEMIC TRAINING: Business administration, labour relations, RH, o similar fields.
EXPERIENCE: Graduate to junior (1 year exp)
LANGUAGES: English mandatory. Other European languages are welcome
COMPUTER KNOWLEDGE: Office tools, Ideally HRIS systems.
COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
- You have some experience in business administration, HR, or related fields.
- You are able to sign an internship agreement or are ready to start in an entry-level role.
- Strong interest in People, recruitment, and the overall talent field.
- A team player who fosters an environment where people can thrive and reach their full potential.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills: you have the ability to juggle multiple projects.
- You are proficient in English and in at least one (preferably two) of the following languages: German, French, Spanish, Italian, or Portuguese.
- A humble attitude and a good sense of humor are a must ;)
