As an Office Staff Intern, you will support the People Services team in Barcelona in all tasks related to office daily operations, ensuring a well-organized, welcoming and efficient workplace.
What will the role entail?
Reception Support which includes welcoming visitors, handling incoming calls, emails and inquiries, as well as managing incoming and outgoing mails and packages. ensuring a professional front-office experience.
Office and Facilities Management and Support, which includes monitoring and ordering office supplies, and ensuring all common areas are tidy and well-stocked.
People Service Support, which includes assisting in coordinating office-related events and employee engagement activities and helping with the new employee onboarding experiences by preparing workspaces and Welcome Packs.

Requirements: If you join us as an intern, you'll be working under an internship agreement legal arrangement between you, your university or educational institution, and our company.
Here’s what it means for you:
Degree or Higher Vocational Training (VAT/FP) in Administration, Management or similar.
Languages: high Level of Spanish and English is a must, any additional languages are a big plus.
IT Skills: knowledge in MS Office tools, primarily Powerpoint and Excel
Experience in project management, consulting or business analysis is a plus.
