This offer is part of a Job Marketplace organized by BARCELONA ACTIVA for the company HILTON in collaboration with B-TRAVEL on March 20 from 10am to 12:30pm, at Pavilion 8 of Fira Barcelona (Montjuïc Venue) to fill vacancies for the profile: Waiter/Waitress

Responsibilities:
Follow opening and closing checklist
Responsible for the cleanliness of the restaurant and terrace area
Ensure the mise en place for entire day and/or refilling
Attend guests at the restaurant/terrace
Know the daily reservations
Know which products to sell or are out of stock
Full knowledge of the F&B offers
Follow-up all your tables and ensure everything is perfect with the service
Serve the tables within the set service time
Full knowledge of the service sequence
Be always in an upselling mode
Make sure the guests are satisfied
Always work in a tidy and cared environment
Build relationships with your guests and let them feel comfortable
Execute events
