We are looking for a responsible, proactive person with good interpersonal skills, eager to work and solution-oriented.
Responsibilities:
Revenue management: short and long term.
Review and management of Google Ads campaigns.
Monitoring industry news (Hosteltur, Mews Community).
Preparation and delivery of periodic sales and KPI reports.
Parity control on OTAs and handling of related issues.
Management of OTA and Google Ads invoices.
Coordination of activities (Yoga, Dance classes, DJs) and related payments.
Handling incidents with MEWS, Siteminder, and OTAs.
Essential Requirements:
Experience in commercial management and revenue management in the tourism/hospitality sector.
Advanced knowledge of OTA platforms (Booking, Expedia, Hostelworld) and channel managers (Siteminder, MEWS).
Experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
Advanced Excel skills (reports, projections, KPIs).
Strong analytical skills and ability to make quick decisions.
High level of Spanish and English.
Desirable Skills:
Knowledge of tools such as Lighthouse and Mailchimp.
Experience in budget and invoicing management.
Familiarity with parity reports and dynamic pricing.
Strong communication and coordination skills with multidisciplinary teams.
