Descripció de l'oferta

This job opportunity will be managed through the Job Marketplace of Digital Talent organized by Barcelona Activa in collaboration with the Cercle Tecnològic de Catalunya and the Mobile World Capital Barcelona Foundation. The event will take place on June 11, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, at the Nou Barris Technology Park.

We are looking for a strategic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager to act as the trusted advisor for our clients leveraging Public Cloud solutions. This role combines relationship management, cloud advisory, value realization, and revenue growth, ensuring customers maximize their cloud investments while driving long-term partnerships and business expansion. Location: Barcelona.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Customer Engagement & Trust Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for cloud customers. Build and maintain strong executive and operational-level relationships. Guide customers toward the most suitable cloud solutions aligned with their business goals. Adoption & Value Realization Drive adoption of Public Cloud technologies and services. Understand customer business objectives and identify opportunities to leverage cloud solutions for measurable outcomes. Ensure customers achieve tangible value and ROI from their cloud investments.Technical & Solution Enablement Collaborate with architects and technical teams to provide architecture reviews and optimization recommendations. Deliver workshops, training sessions, and best practices guidance. Support customers across multi-cloud platforms and services. Performance & Continuous Improvement Monitor and analyze KPIs related to adoption, usage, and satisfaction. Identify improvement areas and drive continuous enhancement initiatives. Gather feedback to influence service improvements and go-to-market strategies. Revenue Growth & Expansion Partner with Sales to drive renewals, upselling, and expansion opportunities. Identify professional services opportunities aligned with customer needs. Contribute to achieving and carrying defined sales targets. Customer Advocacy Act as a strong advocate for customers within cloud providers and internal teams. Ensure timely resolution of escalations and strategic alignment.
