We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Sales oriented Expert with a strong hunter profile to develop new business opportunities in the Spanish market. The role focuses on generating pipeline, conducting proactive prospecting, and positioning advanced cybersecurity and MSSP services. The demand for cybersecurity product and MSSP-oriented sales roles in Madrid continues to grow, reflecting a highly dynamic and competitive market landscape.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead outbound prospecting activities, identify potential customers, and build a sustainable new-business pipeline, consistent with Madrid's partner-driven cybersecurity sales expectations.
Drive the full sales cycle from qualification to close for cybersecurity and MSSP solutions, including managed SOC, cloud security, identity and access management, and compliance-related services.
Execute business development strategies aligned with T-Systems' managed security offerings, recognized for reliability and cloud-integration capabilities.
Collaborate with internal pre-sales, marketing, and technical teams to develop tailored customer proposals and support go-to-market initiatives.
Maintain accurate CRM entries, forecasts, and reporting.
Represent the organization at industry events and security-focused forums.
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Demonstrated success in cybersecurity, SaaS, or MSSP sales roles with a strong hunter approach, aligned with typical Madrid cybersecurity BD requirements.
Solid understanding of MSSP operating models, including monitoring, threat detection, incident response, and compliance-driven security practices.
Familiarity with major cybersecurity vendors and technologies (SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR, cloud security, IAM, zero-trust architectures).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with marketing for demand-generation initiatives.
Fluent English and Spanish highly valued.
