This vacancy is part of the Audiovisual Talent Job Marketplace organised by Barcelona Activa at the Barcelona Activa Mediatic Building, taking place in person on Thursday 9 July, from 10.00 to 13.00.

The company FLUENDO is looking to fill a vacancy with the following profile: Digital Marketing Generalist

In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimising our digital marketing strategies while also creating content and managing visual design. You will work closely with  leadership and hand in hand with  MarCom Manager and Sales team to ensure  message, brand identity, and commercial campaigns are perfectly aligned.

JOB RESPONSABILITIES

Day-to-day life
Digital Marketing & Strategy
•    Strategy execution: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
•    Paid Ads management: Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
•    Email & Funnels: Plan, execute, and automate email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing funnels to keep  community engaged.
•    SEO/SEM: Implement smart SEO and SEM strategies to improve our organic and paid search visibility.
•    Data analytics: Analyse campaign performance data (CTR, CPC, Conversions) using Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and CRM dashboards to prepare actionable reports.
•    Growth: Identify new growth opportunities and catch digital trends before they become mainstream.
Content & Design Execution
•    Copywriting: Own the content calendar and write copy for ads, email marketing, and social media channels.
•    Visual Assets: Design high-converting visual assets (banners, carousels, and more) using Canva, Figma, or Adobe Suite, and edit quick, engaging video content.
•    A/B Testing: Conduct continuous A/B testing on both campaign data and visual creatives to optimise conversion rates.

 

OFFER

Type of employment relationship: Contract
Type of contract: Permanent
Number of hours per week: 40
Working hours: flexible hours between 8.00 and 19.00. Mandatory working hours between 10.00 and 16.00 from Monday to Thursday.
Gross annual salary: 22,000 to 24,000 €/ross per annum

Requisits

  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in generalist digital marketing roles, content creation, or growth marketing, ideally within tech companies or startups.
    •    University degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent life experience that proves)
    •    Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English, catalan is highly valuable.

    Of course, we believe that someone with these hard skills will find it easier to succeed:
    •    Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Search Console, and Meta Business Suite.
    •    Advanced use of Canva Pro, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator) and fast-paced video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere, etc.).
    •    Experience setting up email marketing campaigns and automated user funnels.
    •    Strong understanding of SEO best practices (on-page and off-page) and remarketing strategies.
    •    Familiarity with project management tools (Jira or similar).
    •    Knowledge of Metabase or Looker Studio is a strong plus!
