In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimising our digital marketing strategies while also creating content and managing visual design. You will work closely with leadership and hand in hand with MarCom Manager and Sales team to ensure message, brand identity, and commercial campaigns are perfectly aligned.

JOB RESPONSABILITIES
Day-to-day life
Digital Marketing & Strategy
• Strategy execution: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Paid Ads management: Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Email & Funnels: Plan, execute, and automate email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing funnels to keep community engaged.
• SEO/SEM: Implement smart SEO and SEM strategies to improve our organic and paid search visibility.
• Data analytics: Analyse campaign performance data (CTR, CPC, Conversions) using Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and CRM dashboards to prepare actionable reports.
• Growth: Identify new growth opportunities and catch digital trends before they become mainstream.
Content & Design Execution
• Copywriting: Own the content calendar and write copy for ads, email marketing, and social media channels.
• Visual Assets: Design high-converting visual assets (banners, carousels, and more) using Canva, Figma, or Adobe Suite, and edit quick, engaging video content.
• A/B Testing: Conduct continuous A/B testing on both campaign data and visual creatives to optimise conversion rates.

Working hours: flexible hours between 8.00 and 19.00. Mandatory working hours between 10.00 and 16.00 from Monday to Thursday.
Gross annual salary: 22,000 to 24,000 €/ross per annum
