LatticePoint is a boutique consulting firm specializing in pricing and market access for innovative medicines. With our headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland, we are expanding our presence to Barcelona. At LatticePoint, we help biopharma companies to navigate the political, scientific, and financial landscape to negotiate access for their pharmaceutical products in countries with regulated reimbursement systems. Given the intricate nature of the process, a comprehensive and multifaceted approach is necessary. We combine expertise in medical writing, clinical development, business analysis, and health-economics to provide our clients with guidance on defining, negotiating, and defending the value of their products in key markets round the world. We advise investors on the value of pharmaceutical assets.

As a Consultant, you will be responsible for achieving multiple client objectives within overarching projects. You will synthesize primary and secondary research to provide compelling and relevant insights with minimal oversight. Consultants coordinate and execute projects while maintaining regular client interactions. The primary responsibilities include conducting primary research interviews with payers and clinical experts, performing secondary research on scientific, clinical, and business queries, and preparing reports, communication materials, and economic models. Depending on the project, consultants engage in the project or take on the role of overseeing the management of the project team, which involves assigning tasks to individuals who possess expertise in the relevant area.

As a Research Associate, you will contribute to project execution while independently managing smaller assignments that fit within the overarching project. Working closely with consultants and project staff, you will develop high-quality content for client-ready deliverables. Your responsibilities will involve conducting secondary research, collecting, and synthesizing data (clinical, scientific, financial), and participating in primary research interviews with payers and clinical experts.

Common project types include:
- Assessing pricing and reimbursement pathways, competitive landscapes, and analog environments through secondary research.
- Developing pricing and reimbursement strategies for new product launches, including recommendations for clinical development and trial design.
- Creating economic models to support decision-making, pricing strategies, and reimbursement dossiers.
- Conducting primary research interviews with payers or clinical experts.
- Developing value-based communication materials and value dossiers.
- Conducting systematic literature reviews.
