Descripció de l'oferta

This job offer is part of the JOB MARKET PLACE managed by BARCELONA ACTIVA with the Barcelona Institute of Science and Technology (BIST) in which several R&D companies will participate. It will take place on June 17, from 9:30 to 13:30, at the MediaTIC facilities. This position corresponds to: Nostrum Biodiscovery (NBD).

Nostrum Biodiscovery (NBD) is seeking a new Business Developer to join the commercialization team.

Specific tasks:
- Research and identify new business opportunities
- Generate leads
- Meet with potential clients
- Negotiate contracts, partnerships, agreements
- Follow internal CRM and Contract Management policies
- Foster relationships with clients
- Attend seminars, conferences and events where appropriate
- Keep abreast of trends in the pharma and biotech sectors
- Open new markets

 

  • Type of contract: Permanent
  • Contract duration: Permanent
  • Working hours: 40h - Full Time
  • Salary (or salary range): 28-33k (fixed salary based on experience) + variable based on sales

Requisits

  • Academic training: BSc, MSc or PhD in theoretical and/or computational chemistry, physics, biotechnology, computational biology or similar. MSc in Marketing, Sales or similar.           
  • Experience: 1-3 years
    - Proven experience in sales, business development or similar in the pharmaceutical or biotechnological industry.
    - Experience in project management.
    - Experience in the usage of common molecular simulation software
  • Competencies and skills required: Proactive, Independent, Team-worker, Curious
  • Languages: English - Advanced
